MULTI-TIER COMMISSION PLAN

Monthly commission rate (%) is determined based on 2 factors. First: Net Gaming Revenue, second: number of active players. The circle of compute is once a month.

Poker is not included in this commission plan and will not be taken into account.

All affiliates are subjected to promotion bonus / rebate cost incurred during member acquisition. The cost will be deducted from the revenue by the end of the month. These costs may include the following：Promotion Bonuses,Transaction Fees & Royalty Fees

  • Promotion Bonuses - Rebates and bonus claimed by affiliated members.
  • Transaction fees - Which is 1% of total deposit and withdrawal transactions by affiliated members.
  • Royalty fee - Product royalty fee, which is 10% of GGR from product played by affiliated members.

*If you fail to continuously promote the Site by having no new signups and/or removal of CMD368 banners in your affiliate site, this will be deemed as a breach of contract and will automatically lead to termination of this Agreement and any further claims on future revenue share are deemed waived.

Positive Revenue
Member total lose= USD 30,000
Total Fees = USD 6,000
Net revenue= USD 30,000-USD 6,000 = USD 24,000
Commission = First (USD 7,000 x 30%) + Next (USD 17,000 x 35%) = USD 8,050
Negative Revenue
Member total win= - USD 6,000
Total Fees = USD600
Net Revenue= - USD 6,000-USD 600 = - USD 6,600
Carry forward = - USD 6,600 x 30% = - USD1,980

*Negative revenue for any given month will be carried forward to the following month.

SUB-AFFILIATES PROGRAM (REFERRAL)

  • You can also invite friends (close family members and relatives are not eligible) to become your sub-affiliate under this programme. This programme can help you earn additional commission from your sub-affiliates.

  • You have successfully referred friends to join the CMD368 Affiliates Program as your sub-affiliate will be eligible to receive an extra 5% from your referred affiliates’revenue share.

EXAMPLE OF SUB-AFFILIATES COMMISSION CALCULATION :

Affiliate A refer sub-affiliate B and B1
Affiliate A Commission + (sub-affiliate B + B1 total commission) * 5%
Total Earning for Affiliate A Commission USD10,000 + (USD5,000 + USD8,000) * 5% = USD10,650

COMMISSION PAYMENT METHOD

  • All Referral Commission Payments will be due and paid in the currency which was selected when your affiliate account was first set up
  • Commission will be computed once in a month and will released within 5th-7th of the month.
  • The commission will be deposited into your bank account within 3 working days after the request of withdrawal is submitted
  • There is a minimum amount of withdrawal for USD70. Any amount below this threshold will be carried forward to the next month.
  • We retain the right to change the Commission percentage and method of calculation of Commission as we wish
  • CMD368 reserves the right to alter or amend and/ or add any of the terms mentioned above as we deemed fit
  • CMD368 reserves the right to cancel the affiliate account at any point of time without prior notice in the event the affiliate’s performance does not meet our expected quotas at a given period of time.
